A new Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll finds finds that twice as many Americans want to keep Confederate monuments in public spaces as want to remove them:
The Aug. 18-21 poll found that 54 percent of adults said Confederate monuments “should remain in all public spaces” while 27 percent said they “should be removed from all public spaces.
” Another 19 percent said they “don’t know.”
Postscript: Whatever you think, please don't fall for the old divide-and-conquer dog-and-pony show.
